M4 Capabilities

Everything M4 does, in three tiers

The core is shared by every program and managed for you. We extend it where your program needs it to work differently, and craft custom modules for what exists nowhere else.

The M4 Core

Shared by every program, managed once

Features every program uses as they are. Updated once, inherited everywhere, and switched on only where your program needs them.

AI on M4

AI that knows your program

The AI assistant is part of the core: we configure it for each program, and it answers from that program’s own content. Mapiddiction adds AI-assisted wayfinding as a custom module.

SharkSmart assistant

Question: When is the safest time to swim?

Answer: Swim at a patrolled beach, between the red and yellow flags. Avoid swimming at dawn and dusk, in murky water and near river mouths after heavy rain, and check the SharkSmart app for alerts at your beach before you go in.

  • AI assistant

An assistant that answers questions from your program’s own knowledge base, matching each question to the right answer by intent. It is managed alongside the rest of your content, and we configure it for each program, such as SharkSmart’s.
